Fire Insurance

This policy provides you with coverage for your property against loss or damage by fire, lightning, and domestic gas explosion.

For an additional premium, it can be extended to cover the following perils namely:
  • Aircraft damage
  • Impact damage
  • Explosion
  • Storm & tempest
  • Flood
  • Bursting or overflowing of water tanks or pipes
  • Subsidence & landslip
  • Earthquake and volcanic eruption
  • Riot, strike and malicious damage
  • Spontaneous combustion
  • Sprinkler leakage
  • Bush/lolling fire
  • Damage by falling trees or branched and objects

Burglary Insurance
This policy provides you with coverage for your property against loss or damage by burglary/robbery whilst contained in the premises.

All Risk Insurance
This policy provides you with coverage for loss of money/securities due to burglary/robbery whilst in transit and/or whilst kept in premises.

Money Insurance
This policy provides you with coverage for loss of money/securities due to burglary/robbery whilst in transit and/or whilst kept in premises.

Plate Glass Insurance
This policy provides you with coverage for repair or replacement of plate glass signage and display units due to accidental breakage.

Fire Consequential Loss
This policy provides you with coverage for loss of profits, revenue, rental, standing charges, wages, or salaries on a payroll basis and increases in the cost of working due to business interruption as a result of the fire and/or other extended perils.

  • Loss of rent - up to 10% of the Sum Insured
  • Alternate Accommodation expenses - up to 10% of the Sum Insured

  7. As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we provide renewal reminder services. We will make sure to remind you when it is time to renew your policy next year, so you never miss a deadline.
